From Goglio descend for a small stretch up to the first road bridge where the syndicate road, only open to syndicate members, reaching up to Esigo, takes us up to the Ca’t Fausc holiday farm thus reaching Pontigei and Agarù. From Agarù it is possible to carry on through Val Bondolero following the (rather uneven) unpaved road up until we reach the Rio Freddo (Torrente Bondolero). From here onwards we can carry on to the other side of the torrent towards Chiovende. Be Careful: this variant is very demanding and the stretch takes us across a great landslide! Beneath Chiovende we come across a track which takes us down to Goglio at the start of the old cableway.
